Financial Intern

We strive to consistently provide sales and marketing support as well as individualized training to our Financial Interns. In fact, we are committed to realigning the resources of the company in support of each level of an intern’s semester at our company.

We are looking for interns interested in exploring the career of financial services. Interns deal with all aspects of case analysis working one on one with a full-time advisor. Duties include database creation, phoning, case management, and the opportunity to participate in training classes. Interns will also gain knowledge in client acquisition through networking and community involvement. Self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to succeed are all key elements in a successful financial intern.

We evaluate interns during a (3) step interview process. We examine core skills, which are required, for NASD registration as well as state registration. We look at the individual overall to make sure our intern program is a good fit for the student.

Our intern program is structured and thorough providing a solid foundation on client acquisition and business management. To satisfy the 3 credit requirement most schools have a minimum of 140 hours per semester requirement.

Financial Planner

We are looking for new advisors to add to our team. We provide financial planning advice to our clients. Some of our services include Financial Planning, Investment Advisory Services, Estate Planning, Small Business Benefits Planning, 401(k) & Retirement Planning. Once we provide the advice to our clients we then have the ability to make the appropriate products available to fill in the gaps or shortfalls in the plan. Some of these products include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, variable and fixed annuities, variable & term insurance, disability insurance, and long term care insurance.

We have developed a proven process for building a successful practice. We offer a full-subsidized benefits package which consists of commission plus additional financial start up assistance. We have paid training while you are accomplishing licensing registration requirements such as NASD Series 7 & 66 as well as the Life, Accident, & Health exams.

Our training program is structured and thorough providing a solid foundation on client acquisition and business management. Our professional development expectations can lead to professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner.
