Mike serves as the Chief Investment officer for the firm. He assists the firm’s financial advisors with portfolio design, investment recommendations, implementation and annual client reviews for the firm’s fee-based investment accounts.

Mike began his career as a Financial Advisor in 2001 and joined SAMA in 2009. Previously he was the Chief Operating Officer for SAMA overseeing new advisor development & training and as a wholesaler for Minnesota Life Insurance. As an Advisor his primary focus was comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies and asset management.

Mike resides in Marion with his wife, Lisa, two children, Grant & Catie and four- legged kids Lilly & Murphy. Mike enjoys golfing, home improvement projects, traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
